1. How long does shipping take to the USA?

4. What is included in a four-piece bedding set?
A standard four-piece bedding set includes:

5. What sizes do you offer?
We offer standard US sizes: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, California King.
6. What materials are used in your bedding?

Four-piece sets: Cotton (Egyptian, Pima, Upland), microfiber, bamboo, linen, polyester blends. Thread counts vary.

Summer cooling blankets: Cotton, bamboo, cooling microfiber, or polyester blends with moisture-wicking properties.

7. What are the flammability requirements for bedding?
All our textile products comply with 16 CFR Part 1610 (Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles), the minimum federal flammability standard for general wearing apparel and textiles. Our summer cooling blankets are classified as Class 1 (normal flammability). Children's bedding (if applicable) must meet the stricter requirements of 16 CFR Part 1615/1616. Our products are not treated with additional flame-retardant chemicals.
8. What is a latex pillow?
A latex pillow is made from natural or synthetic latex foam, known for responsive support, durability, breathability, and hypoallergenic properties. Natural latex is derived from rubber tree sap.
9. How do I care for my four-piece bedding set?

Before First Use: Wash before using to remove manufacturing residues.

Washing: Machine wash in cold or warm water with like colors. Use mild detergent.

Avoid: Bleach and fabric softener (coats fibers, reduces breathability).

10. How do I care for my summer cooling blanket?

11. How do I care for my latex pillow?

Pillow protector: Always use a removable, washable pillow protector.

Cleaning: Hand wash the cover with mild detergent; air dry. Do not machine wash the latex core – spot clean with damp cloth if needed.

Air out: New latex pillows may have a slight natural rubber smell initially – air out for a day or two before use.

12. What are the federal labeling requirements for bedding?
All our bedding products comply with:

13. What are Law Labels and URN numbers?
For filled bedding products (pillows, comforters, blankets with fill material), many U.S. states require a permanent Law Label (uniform registration number). Our products bear the required labeling, including:

URN (Uniform Registry Number): State code, sequence number, and country of origin (e.g., CA-12345 (CN)).

Permanent label (typically Tyvek) stating fill material composition, manufacturer info, and "Do Not Remove Under Penalty of Law" warning.
14. Does your bedding require a California Proposition 65 warning?
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm (e.g., formaldehyde in certain finishes, flame retardants, heavy metals in dyes). When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging. We are committed to transparent compliance with all applicable state regulations.
15. Are your products subject to CPSIA requirements?
For products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory, including:

16. What is ASTM F963?
ASTM F963 is the toy safety standard made mandatory by CPSC under CPSIA Section 106. This standard does not apply to our bedding products unless the product contains components that fall under the definition of a toy. Our products are manufactured for bedding use, not as toys.
17. What is the CPSC and how does it affect my purchase?
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) protects consumers from unreasonable risk of injury from consumer products. All our products comply with applicable CPSC safety rules. If you experience any safety issue with our products, please report it immediately to us and to the CPSC at www.SaferProducts.gov.
