Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 5-10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Packaging

  • Bedding Sets/Blankets: Folded and sealed in poly bags or boxes; care labels and fiber content tags visible.

  • Latex Pillows: Boxed or vacuum-sealed; allow 24-48 hours for full expansion after opening.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
